Jahleela was amazing with my hair. It was the first time I’d stepped foot into a salon in 9 months, so was prepared for the typical verbal beating that a lot of stylists give about the condition of my hair. Jahleela was 100% the opposite and kind, compassionate, and friendly from the second I walked in. She was very knowledgeable about natural hair and my texture in particular and taught me a LOT. I felt so taken care of and she really did treat my hair with care and concern. I’ve had some horrible experience with stylists and blow dryers, but I could tell her priority was no damage and she made that happen. I let her do a style she thought was best, but asked for a twist out. I’m sitting on my bed admiring my twists right now because they are so moisturized and CAUTEEE. The style she did was amazing and while I’m so excited to take it out I’m also excited to rock my cute twists with a bow headband for a day or so. The trim she gave me was excellent, I could see my hair health coming back literally when she finished. I’m very excited to return and will be a repeat customer, my appointment was 10 out of 10. I also appreciate she books timing well and I did not wait for anyone to finish and she wasn’t rushing me to get to another client.
